Not all inspections are created equal!
I have learned that every inspection report is not of equal quality. Because of my perspective, I hold myself to a very high standard when performing home inspections for others. I know how it feels to receive a home inspection that seems incomplete or inaccurate, and I believe that is unacceptable. My utmost goal is to ensure that my clients are certain about the next steps to take in order to get the best value from their property. The handy Create Request List feature included in my reports, which allows you to easily streamline my inspection report into a checklist of repairs, is invaluable to agents, buyers, and sellers alike. Real estate agents and their clients love the simplicity and ease of this feature, which allows for both parties to add requests and records when each request was made.
I know the construction business inside and out due to decades of purchasing real estate, as well as remodeling and selling homes. My ability to communicate my findings in a way that is easy for clients to understand provides them with the information they need to make a successful sale or purchase. Knowing the strengths and weaknesses of the home is essential to securing the best deal possible. Because of my experience, I can determine which issues need to be addressed, which could be improved in the future to increase the property’s value, and am able to estimate how much they could cost.
In my spare time I enjoy playing golf and fishing, so I love living on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Many years working in the real estate industry here has equipped me with expertise on the matters that tend to arise in the homes in this area, particularly waterfront homes and vacant properties.
